Our full policies are available for viewing in the main office, these can be emailed to you.

Covid19

We have had to change and implement some new practices due to Covid19 to ensure the safety of everyone involved.

Parents are no longer allowed into our building and must say goodbye to their children at the preschool gate.

Children must wash their hands or sanitise when they arrive, before and after food and before they head off to school (as well as the usual times after the toilet and blowing their nose etc.).

We no longer have a self service breakfast to prevent children touching other peoples food and utensils. The staff wait on the children’s tables and take their breakfast orders.

After breakfast club and before After school club our tables, equipment, toilets and main touch points are cleaned to avoid cross contamination between preschool and Out of School Club.

We have reduced the amount of children who use the Out of School Club Provision and we keep them in separate  bubbles of preschool, keystage 1 and keystage 2 when they are in groups such as eating, crafts and going to school.

Some staff wear face coverings through the day, but most staff do not.

We have a Pandemic policy and complete risk assessments for day to day activities as well as adult led planned activities.
