To use the Out of School Club facilities in the preschool building, bookings must be made via a third party EYLog.
You need to inform us by email of the following information:
- your name
- the email address you wish to use for the main contact
- your child’s name
- your child’s date of birth
We will then send you a link to download the EYLog app.
Before you can make any bookings, we will send you a registration form to complete. You must complete all of your child’s and family information, add at least 3 emergency contacts and tick the consents you agree with.
You can then book the sessions you require via the EYLog app up to 31 days ahead. Bookings can be made 7 days in advance.
If your child turns up without a booking we charge a £2 admin charge, if we have space to take them (we have a limit on how many children we can have).
If you need us to book your child within the 7 day notice period we will charge a £2 admin fee per booking.
Bookings can be cancelled by emailing the office on [email protected]. We must have 7 days notice of a cancellation to prevent you being charged. Any cancellations within 7 days will be charged at full price. You cannot cancel any sessions yourself on the app.
We will invoice you at the end of the month and payments can be made via childcare vouchers, Tax Free Vouchers, Bacs or cash.
Children who stay later than their booked time will be charged for the next hour or 2 and an additional admin charge of £2.
If your child is still with us after our closing time of 6pm you will be charged a late collection fee of £5 per child for every 15 minutes over the collection time.
